Ans:No, You cannot transfer your account, hence cannot change name, to do that you would have to send admin your proof of change of name

Ans:You can only change your initialy provided name if you provide a prove of change of name to admin

Ans:Inactive accounts over a year would be dormant but will be made active on your subsequent sign in

Ans:Respond to your query withhin 2 weeks of receipt. Give a congent reason why your documnent was not approved by claimed institution and send a replacement as required. We will validate your document and act accordingly

Ans:Campaign would become void, funds would be withdrawn and accound would be suspended for six months
